5th Gastronomic Noodle Season: “Els Fideus a la Cassola de Tossa de Mar”
Throughout the month of June, 14 restaurants in Tossa de Mar which belong to the group promoting THE TRADITIONAL CUISINE OF TOSSA, will be taking part in the 5th edition of the FIDEUS A LA CASSOLA gastronomic season, featuring noodle dishes with a long-standing place in local home cooking.
The restaurants taking part in the initiative will be featuring on their menus different approaches to cooking the noodles, using a wide range of different ingredients. The options on offer will include, among others: noodles with lobster; black ink noodles with baby squid and clams; charcoal-flavoured noodles; “senyorito” noodles; black ink noodles with line-caught squid; noodles with chestnuts and botifarra sausage; noodles with seasonal vegetables; noodles with cod….
The restaurants taking part in this 5th edition of FIDEUS A LA CASSOLA in Tossa de Mar are: Can Pini, Capri, Castell Vell, El Portal, L’Ajustada, La Cuina de l’Avia, Rem Vell, Sa Muralla, Sa Proa, Santa Marta, Taverna de l’Abat, Túrsia, Victòria and Víctor.
