Cakes and pastries from Selva
The county boasts a large number of patisseries and bakeries that make their own cakes and pastries. This is a relatively recent tradition but there are already many establishments in La Selva that have their own special recipes, mostly for nut-based biscuits.
By joining up all these patisseries on a map, we have a well-defined route on which we can stop off at different towns around the county in order to sample and purchase these special cakes and pastries.
