This path goes through one of the protected natural landscapes in the area: the small lake of Sils, a wetland that combines forest area and poplar plantations with grasslands. It is also home for many species of animals, and among them birds of a spectacular nature stand out. The cycle route can be done by any type of user. The path is practically even and long stretches follow the perimeter of the natural area after which it is named. Although it is a short route, it allows the user to stop and enjoy a nice stroll and if s/he is lucky, to watch the fauna associated with humid lake zones.
