This route starts and ends on the Passeig del Mar (Seafront Promenade), where it faces the Sa Palomera rock. It takes you along S’Abanell Beach to a point very close to the mouth of the Tordera River. You then follow the forest track that runs parallel to the river, crossing below the road that connects Blanes to Palafolls. From here the route leads to the Ciutat Esportiva de Blanes (municipal sports complex) before starting a gentle climb through fields and woodland, taking you to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Vilar.

From here, the furthest point from the start of the route, you head back mainly along a forest track to the town centre and departure point.
