Although it is located in the municipal district of Arbúcies, the Parish Church of Sant Cristòfol de Cerdans, set in the Guilleries Massif close to the border with the county of Osona, belongs to the diocese of Vic. Dating from the mid-12th century, it has a rectangular nave terminated by a semicircular apse whose exterior is decorated with Lombard bands highlighted in red stone. The original Romanesque building, in a very good state of preservation, was later modified with the addition of a small bell tower on top of the apse vault, two chapels (one on each side) and the rectory building.

A 13th-century processional cross on display at the Episcopal Museum of Vic comes from this church.
